By shopping at MY TOTE, you agree to the following terms:


SHIPPING SERVICE:
We make every effort to ship your order out to you as quickly as possible-usually 2 weeks or less. With many of items in stock there may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or that item maybe on back order. We will do our best to get your order complete or get that item as soon as possible. We provide fast, efficient shipping. If for any reason we can not send out your order we will notify you. In the U.S. all orders are shipped through Fed-ex Ground. Shipping charges are added to all orders. Attention to all our international customers: By clicking the submit button for your order, you agree to pay your countries duties and tariffs upon arrival of your package. Also, additional Shipping charges may need to be added to you order to send your package to you. We will adjust the shipping charges after your order has been sent. Since we send packages all over the world now, we try to save you as much cost as possible. These charges will be added in addition to the shipping and handling costs. Be sure you are aware of your countries policies as cancellation of your order upon arrival will make you liable for shipping charges both ways. Orders can only be shipped to the address of the card holder. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We only accept credit cards from the named user on the card. Returns that are to be credited to a card will have the original shipping charges subtracted from the credit. We look forward to helping you.

RETURN POLICY:
My Tote offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased. We will gladly accept all returns if contacted within the 7 day window period. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless My Tote has made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defective in some way. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return via email-customerservice@mytote.com. We accept Visa and Master card only. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. If a package is returned to us stamped refused there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to the credit.
